02 / DESIGN & APPLICATION
The XMT series combines trim pulling, granulation, conveying and collection for skeletal offcuts and limited rejected parts from PP, PET, PS, PLA, PVC and other sheet-forming applications. The supplied material thickness range is 0.2–3.5 mm; confirm the material and model during selection.
The pulling mechanism guides continuous skeletal trim into the granulator in step with the forming process.
Coordinate granulation, conveying and storage within the available production space.
An enclosure surrounds the machine; assess noise under the intended feeding and operating conditions.
Provide resin, thickness, width and trim shape to establish feeding and cutter requirements.
